Refund / Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on this website are on non-returnable / non-refundable basis

Technical issue / Multiple Payments / Others

In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted (or multiple payment instances) and does not reflect in the company’s account. In such cases, please send the payment receipt copy on accounts@eupheus.in  and info@eupheus.in to initiate the payment (refund – in case of multiple payments) settlement process manually. It shall take us not more than 7-10 working days to settle the payment issues.
